Sadly, the Freedom Ride 2020 has been cancelled. The Freedom Ride is an important fundraiser for the memorial, consistently raising a substantial amount which is used for ongoing maintenance and operational expenses.

The Raise the Flag campaign is a Stoughton city-wide community effort sponsored by Thrivent Financial to raise funds for the Stoughton Veterans Memorial and service groups that install the flags.

A beautiful 3’ by 5’ American Flag that is made in the USA will be placed in each participant’s yard 5 times per year.
COST: $50 per year
LOCATIONS SERVED: City of Stoughton and within 6 miles outside of Stoughton
DATES: The flags will be installed no later than 8:30 am and will be taken down by dusk on the following celebration days:

2nd stop: Thirsty Beaver, Beaver Dam
3rd stop: NV Corners, Bristol
4th stop: Stoughton American Legion Post 59

Registration is day of event at VFW Post 328 from 9:30 until 11:00 am. All vehicles are welcome.
All proceeds go to the maintenance fund of Stoughton Veterans Memorial. This event is organized by the SAVMP Riders. Visit their Facebook page here to show your support.
